10 songs from one of the founders of "The Impressions" taped at a live concert in 1988. The concert features such Curtis Mayfield classics as MOVE ON UP, PEOPLE GET READY, FREDDIE'S DEAD and the classic PUSHERMAN.

This 1988 concert, recorded at the legendary British jazz club Ronnie Scott's, presents a wonderful cross-section of his best songs from various phases of his career, from the gospel-drenched R&B of "People Get Ready" to the socially-aware funk of "Pusherman" and "Freddie's Dead."
